COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK
To reach central parts of Paris, the 95 bus is very convenient.
It stops near the flat and takes you to Opera, Le Louvre, the Quartier Latin and Montparnasse.
Other nearby bus lines are bus lines 31 and 60
Metro station Guy Moquet (line 13) is a bit further.
Paris CDG airport and all northern suburbs are relatively easy to reach by car because the flat is not far from the northern "peripherique" highway, and from motorway A1 to the airport and to Brussels.
The so called Boulevard Peripherique (motorway around Paris) is easy to reach without the hassle of city center traffic jams.
RATES AND BOOKING PROCESS
The flat is rather available for long term renters (at least 4 months) but short lets will also be possible sometimes .
a) 2016 long term monthly rent for up to 2 or 3 persons
would be 2,400 euros per month including charges of the building,
but not including :
- the underground parking space, if it would be available and needed,
- total cost of gas and electricity (individual gas-fueled heater),
- telecommunications
- renter's insurance premium
- the local tax (taxe d'habitation),
- a reasonable relocation fee
Those items are additional costs.
Refundable safety deposit would be equal to 2 months of rent
Further rent payment guarantee is required
( France-based guarantor or alternate solution, we are open to something reasonable )
In all cases a non refundable firm reservation down-payment is required.
